Ashley Caldwell, Miss Ohio USA 2011 and Morgan Smigel, Miss Ohio Teen USA 2011, will pass the crowns to their successors at the end of the event. The winner of Miss Ohio USA 2012 will represent the State in Miss USA 2012 Pageant while the winner of Miss Ohio Teen USA 2012 will represent the State in Miss Teen USA 2012.
